GET

/admin/v1/pages/{page_id}/blocks/{block_id}/html

Single-block HTML for the builder preview, as text/html with no envelope

Preview-aware: with a verified ?preview_draft=…&sig=…
(SignedDraftMiddleware on the route) the block renders out of
custom_pages.draft_tree, so post-PATCH iframe patches show the
unsaved edits. Otherwise it renders the published website_blocks row.

API key ability: settings:write.
