GET

/website/v1/pages/{slug}/blocks/{block_id}/html

Render a single block as Blade HTML so the ThemeBuilder bridge can
outerHTML-swap the iframe DOM without a full page reload
(next-gen doc §10.3, perf target ≤ 250 ms p95)

Preview-aware: if {@see SignedDraftMiddleware} flagged the request
as a verified draft preview, the controller resolves the block out
of custom_pages.draft_tree rather than the published
website_blocks table. Synthetic IDs (draft:<slot>:<sort>)
issued by {@see \Modules\Themes\Services\Pages\PageRenderer} are
accepted alongside numeric IDs so the SPA can patch a node before
it has a real database row. The answer is text/html, no envelope.
